What’s the investment? After viewing your proofs, you’ll choose the image collection that works best for you. You will be blown away by all of the adorable pictures of your newest family member! To secure your date, a $200 retainer is required, which will be applied to your final order. This covers everything—from our consultation to the use of our newborn closet, as well as my time spent photographing and editing your memories. Newborn photo sessions can be taken in my studio in Pella, for a full studio experience, or outside or your home in the Pella, Des Moines area.

• Reach out: Share all the details—from your due date and any family photos you’d like included to the moments you cherish most in your journey so far. We’ll work together to find the perfect time and reserve it just for you.
• Let’s get planning! Next, we’ll dive into locations, colors, styling, and more to bring your vision to life. My studio is fully stocked with swaddles, blankets, bonnets, teddy bears, and so much more! Some parents bring everything they need, while others love to use all items from my newborn collection. If you opt for an at-home session, we’ll discuss the props and colors you'd like, so I arrive fully prepared to create the perfect setup for your little one’s portraits.
• Session time is here! My job is to plan, prepare, and pose everything perfectly to capture those precious newborn photos, so all you need to do is sit back and relax. You’ll look back on this day with such fond memories, and I can’t wait to create something special for you.
• About a week after your session, you’ll receive a link to your proofs. Get ready to be swept up in sweet emotions as you admire their perfect little features and expressions! From there, you can select your digital collection and use your product credit toward beautiful albums or wall art to adorn your home.
• I’m here to help! Don’t be afraid to ask anything along the way. Questions and concerns are always welcome and it’s my job to make this process easy and fun.
