You can find imagination-rich spots made specifically for toddlers. And as if all that wasn’t enough, their pickleball courts or basketball courts are a great way to get in some exercise!

West Market Park

West Market Park is a gorgeous Pella, Iowa spot to spend the afternoon, especially once autumn starts! The trees transform into brilliant colors while the butterfly garden continues to draw in little visitors. The wooden playground is ideal for kids of all ages, giving you the ideal spot for siblings to play. They also have shelter houses you can rent out for events! 

Fountain Hills Park

Fountain Hills Park might not be the flashiest spot around, but it’s one of my favorites when it comes to entertaining younger kids. The playground is the primary feature, and the equipment is designed for kids ages 2-10. Whether your child wants to take a spin on the merry-go-round or test out their skills on the monkey bars, they have just the thing! 

Rotary Park

1012 E. 3rd, Pella, Iowa 50219

Rotary Park has everything you could need for your perfect Pella, Iowa Saturday morning. The two-acre park features a playground designed for kids ages 2-8. Older kids will love testing out their soccer skills in the surrounding fields or duking it out on the basketball courts. The park is nestled in the midst of a neighborhood, ensuring it stays relatively quiet.

South Park is a picturesque space that has undergone several renovations in recent years. Across the grounds, you can find young hardwood and flowering trees that make for a scenic backdrop. The playground in the center is ideal for kids ages 2-8 while the bike trails are a perfect option for older kids.
